This project derives from Immersive Game in Bingyutang as part of the renovation of local residents’ courtyard to make the local residence fabric more outsider-friendly. This project reimagines the traditional Tanglongmen (趟栊门) of Cantonese courtyards, integrating them into an immersive game experience for tourists. By redesigning the door's three-layer structure and adding a rooftop, the project explores how varying combinations of these layers can influence security, visibility, and ventilation. To visually represent these variations, isometric profiles cut from colorful paper are layered together, illustrating the dynamic interplay between tradition and innovation.
